Summer in Vermont

It is in the summer that one can see why Vermont is the "Green Mountain State".  The rolling green mountains are often reflected in the mirror-like stillness of  the many lakes dotting the landscape.  Vermont is most alive during the summer.  Vacationers arrive from all over the globe to bike, swim, flyfish, hike, camp, sight-see, antique, or gallery hop to name just few activities.  The warm sun-filled afternoons are perfect for strolling through the many small towns and village greens or just take a seat on a park bench and watch Vermont go by.  The evenings are tempered by cool breezes perfect for kicking back and listening to the evenings Red Sox game.
